Since March 2012, The Corner has convened a Neighborhood Council comprised of local residents with a passion for maintaining and improving the quality of life in West Oakland and surrounding neighborhoods.

 

The Corner facilitates these meetings and seeks to empower neighbors to organize and advocate on issues such as affordable housing, traffic concerns, transportation, access to community resources for all, development projects, over-occupancy, and more!
